FBCPC Watch Team

Watchful  ·  Faithful  ·  Ready

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'" — Isaiah 6:8

🛡️

Our Mission

To provide a safe, welcoming environment for every person who enters our doors — protecting our congregation so they can worship freely and without fear.

✝️

Faith-Driven

We serve not out of fear, but out of faith. Every team member is called to this ministry — equipped, trained, and grounded in God's Word.

👁️

Always Watching

Three services, seven roles, one purpose. Our team covers the campus from parking lot to sanctuary so nothing goes unnoticed.

"But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone's life, that person's life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood." — Ezekiel 33:6

Our Vision

To be a watchful, faithful, and servant-hearted presence — protecting the people of God so the Word of God can be heard.

The Call

The Watch Team exists because God calls His people to be both prayerful and prepared. We are not here by accident — we are here by calling. We answer the same invitation that has echoed through Scripture from the beginning of time:

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'" — Isaiah 6:8

To serve on this team is to say, without reservation: Here am I. Send me. It is a declaration of willingness, obedience, and trust — a commitment to stand in the gap so that others may stand in worship.

🛡️

The Mission

We exist to create a safe and sacred environment where every person can worship freely, sit without fear, and encounter the living God without distraction or threat. We do not serve to be seen — we serve so that others may see Christ.

✝️

The Spirit

We are not enforcers — we are servants. We are not driven by fear — we are anchored by faith. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7

👁️

The Vigilance

We train, prepare, and remain alert — because the enemy does not rest, and neither can those who stand watch over God's people. We prepare because we are faithful. We pray because we are human. We trust because He is God.

🌟

The Legacy

We train so that others never need to know what we trained for. We serve quietly so that the Gospel can be proclaimed boldly. The highest calling of this team is not to be recognized — it is to be faithful.

🛡️

PROTECT

Every person on this campus deserves to worship without fear. That is our first obligation.

🤝

SERVE

We serve the congregation, the staff, and our leadership with humility, professionalism, and Christ-centered purpose.

LEAD

When the moment comes, we are ready — calm, trained, and decisive — because preparation is an act of faithfulness.

"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." — Mark 10:45
